1. Civil Work Package, includes:
   10. Steel potable water tank, Diameter 80 m, Height 10.5 m.
   11. Pump station building includes chlorination room, control room, and operation/service area.
   12. Utility buildings includes generator room, switch gear building, and guard house.
   13. Waste water drainage lift station.
   14. Site development includes:
       1. Backfilling, excavation with imported soil. 100,000 m³
       2. Asphalt work, interlock, and colored cement slabs.

• Boundary walls precast panels.

2. Mechanical Work Package, includes:
   1. Storm water drainage includes RPM piping system and catch basins.
   2. Potable and Fire Water Distribution System RTRP pipes various diameters.
   3. Sanitary Waste Water Collection using uPVC, RTRP pipes and FRP manholes.
   4. Pumping system of Horizontal Split Centrifugal Pumps.
   5. Chlorination System – DIO-XID
3. Electrical Work Package, includes:
   1. Cable pulling for over the project (MV cables and LV cables) and all accessories.
   2. Main generator of the station
   3. Main control components (RMU – switchgear – VFD- Metering RMU- Transformer)
4. Telecommunication Work Package, includes:
   1. Viper optic cables system to secure the internet and phone services.
   2. Internal fire alarm in all the buildings with the integration with Marafiq.
   3. Security CCTV cameras at the site.
   4. RTU integration for all parts of station and pumps with Marafiq.
